Meet Our Outstanding Staff
Tina C. Der Torossian, D.D.S.
Dr. Tina C. Der Torossian is a 1990 graduate of the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She is a native of the Bay
Area. Prior to joining us in 2001, she maintained her own solo practice in
Sunnyvale. Her favorite activities include sailing, skiing, and nature
hikes. She is the Mother of two preschoolers which is why she joined
Dr.B!.

Jenay Katkowski, D.D.S.
Dr. Jenay Katowski had sold her practice and planned to retire
but Dr. Benedict, her friend for 30 years, convinced her to work a day a
week in Dr. Benedict's office. She is in the office on Wednesdays. She loves
third world travel, reading, camping in their vintage trailer, gardening, art
collecting, attending concerts, and gourmet cooking.

Stephanie Morgan, R.D.A.
Stephanie Morgan became an RDA in Feb 2002 and has been with
Dr.B. 4 years. She has loved dentistry since she was 5 years old and her
enthusiasm shows. She likes to spend time with her sister, dirt biking, and
4-wheeling.

Karen Priest, R.D.H.
Karen Priest has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in this
office since September of 1997. She is a graduate of the Cabrillo College Dental
Hygiene Program. She also has a degree in general science. Karen lives in Scotts
Valley with her husband and their four children . She is very active in the local youth
sports groups.

Cindie O'Hare, R.D.A.
Cindie O'Hare RDA has worked in the dental field since 1984. She
is well trained in both clinical and office administration aspects of dentistry.
She loves to see all the advancements dentistry has accomplished over the years
and enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the new technologies. She and her
husband enjoy watching their teenage son play football, Lacrosse, and hockey.
She has worked with Dr. Benedict over 8 years as an assistant and the last
couple years as the office manager.

Jody Tucker, R.D.A.
Jody Tucker RDA has been in dentistry since 2003 and
joined Dr. Benedict in 2007. She lives a very active lifestyle including surfing
and is a Mom to a toddler. She lives in Santa Cruz and is currently continuing
her education

Julieanne Pankratz, R.D.A.
Julianne Pankratz has been in the dental field since 1997 and
became an RDA in 2002. She joined Dr. Benedict in 2004.
She and her family have been living in the Santa Cruz area for 22 years and
enjoy the benefits of living near the ocean and mountains.

Wendi Lord, R.D.H.
Wendi Lord RDH is the Friday hygienist since 2007. She
practiced with Dr.Benedict's friend, a periodontist, until she retired and came
highly recommended

Joye Johnson RDH is the Saturday hygienist since 2000. She
is also an airline stewardess and travels the world.
